Present were President Barry Willever, Vice President Rusty Wolfe, Secretary Donald Bear, Bill Merryman, Myron Smothers, John Bowen,

Ted Roseberry, Dave Krapf, Carl Erie, Clark Hamm & Gerry Nugent.

Special Guests, VVA State President Jeff White and PTSD Instructor Tim Susengill Also approximately 25 people that came to learn about PTSD.

State President Jeff White thanked everyone for coming and gave accolades to President Willever and Chapter 415 for providing guest speakers for all interested parties to listen and learn from.

President Willever turned the floor over to Tim Susengill to teach about PTSD. MR. Susengill’s in depth observations concerning PTSD were very interesting to all.

After the training session Mr. Susangill answered questions from the audience.

State President Jeff White handed out booklets concerning PTSD. Also, he reminded us that the State Council Meeting will be held at State College, PA. the first weekend in December
